They don't make them like this anymore. All pieces clean and present. Any wear you see in the chrome is very smooth and gradual. This was the best design they ever had, Welsh plug design, which repairable no matter what happened to spring or ball in use damage.

Added new grease. No scratches or flaking chromium. Note the cleanliness of everything. I can individually wrap each piece if you like.

All sockets 1959 date except the 5/8 socket is a 1967. Beautiful complete set from 1959. It is a delight to handle and look at use. Note the particular design of friction ball detentes on extensions and tools.

No scars or flakes. You pay return shipping. The case is 1958, the tools are 1959. Easy to believe its much better than what they make today.

Outside is really exceptional, and feels brand new. 90% proper date codes. No paintwork on case. I took apart to find pristine components inside.

Nothing that can be felt whilst holding it.
